Adding file share using Azure portal

In previous post we created Azure storage container, in this one we’ll create folder and create file share.

From storage account menu click Files

 

Click File Share-new file share

Click create directory

 

Click on directory from properties (…) click connect

Connection strings will be shown-copy one of them to clipboard

 

And paste it to command prompt in local computer

 

Now i can access and write to file share created in Azure Storage account
