I refreshed Azure test application
Now click Storage Accounts-Overview-Blobs
Click on storage account
Click on container
Folder is broken down by Application name-year-month-day-hour
Click download
Configuring Log Stream
Click on Application-Monitoring-Diagnostic logs-Application Logging (Filesystem)-click On-Choose Level (Similar to IIS logs)
Web Server logging-Filesystem-Save
Log-stream-Application Log (Log stream is ready)
Refresh/login/interact with Web Application
